What is an active operation?
An active operation is any operation that is not completed or archived. Completed work remains in your history without using the Free plan limit.
What is the Launch Pack?
Launch Pack is the annual version of a paid plan. It is paid once per year and includes two months free compared with monthly billing. It is not a lifetime purchase.
How does Team Pro seat pricing work?
Team Pro includes five seats. Additional seats cost €9 per month each, or €90 per year each on the annual plan.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. You can create a workspace and use the Free plan without a credit card.
